ROLLING MOVEMENT क्या होते है
Rolling movement tissues को ठीक रखती है और bones को twisted पर ठीक रखती है। यह टांगों और बाजुओं के लिए होती है। Cosmetologist के दोनों हाथ एक जैसी दिशा में होते हैं।
WRITING MOVEMENT क्या होते है
